This Award is open to any organisation, irrespective of business size and may be nominated by an employee or the employer themselves. Successful entrants in this category will need to show convincing evidence that they have a clear focus on employee engagement and being a great place to work.

Entrants will be expected to be able to demonstrate some or all of the following:

• Dedicated to providing appropriate training and encouraging employee development.
• A track record of recruiting from within and encouraging career progression.
• A clear employee welfare policy with examples of supporting staff.
• The stand out quality that make the business a potential award winner.
